Your tune up will start with a multi-point inspection by a certified roofing Inspector. We’ll identify any problems with your roof and start the process of bringing it back up to solid working condition. Like routine maintenance on your car, tune up repairs are typically minor, but necessary to maintaining the service life of your roof. If for any reason the extend of roofing damage won’t be solved by the roofing tune up, we’ll let you know immediately. (example: if your roof had significant leaking and substrate was rotted) The Inspector can walk you through your options to help you make a more informed decision about how to proceed.
